BORN TO WIN

Each one of us irrespective of our skin pigmentation was conceived by destiny, produced for a purpose and packaged with potential to live a meaningful, fulfilling life. Deep within each one of us lies a seed of greatness waiting to germinate. We have been endued with natural talents, gifts, desires, and dreams.

How tragic it is that a lot of people go to their graves with their greatness untapped and unreleased! Sir Winston Churchill said, “The price of greatness is responsibility.” Graveyards across the nations are full of great men and women who never became true to their calling and birth because they did not give their ability responsibility. Each of us came into this world pregnant with unlimited potential. We are all capable of much more than we have already done. Unfortunately you have talked yourself out of the greatness that lies within you. You have continuously eroded this greatness by feeding yourself with self-limiting beliefs to the point that you can never imagine that deep within you are seeds of greatness. If you only knew that the life ahead is better and greater than the present life and also the one of the past, you would shake off the dust and begin afresh with determination, hope, and persistence to be all that you were born to be.

In Genesis 1:12 we are reminded that God created everything with “seed in it according to their kinds.” In tandem with this statement we can say without a shadow of a doubt that hidden within everything is the potential to fulfil itself and produce much more than our optical eyes can see. Again in Genesis 1:28 God commanded, “Be fruitful, and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it.” This command states emphatically that the ability to be fruitful and the potential to multiply and replenish and subdue the earth are present in everybody, albeit waiting to be activated, tapped, and released. Most importantly, the command implies that fruitfulness (release of hidden life) and multiplication (reproduction of hidden life) are not dependent on God, but on the individual who possesses the seed. Dear reader, you have the ability to accomplish everything your God-given purpose demands. God has given you the responsibility of releasing this precious seed in obedience to His commands. Realize that the releasing of your potential is not up to God but to you.

The “anatomy of life” explains why some people have failed to live a great life and tap into the potential in them. You were born to win in life BIG TIME! Are you truly winning in life? Your results in life will depend on how you master the key elements of the anatomy of life. The key elements are the following:

Words are seeds, words are the beginning of everything, and words encourage, build and have power. Words have the power of life and death. Words create images in your mind and in turn inform and impact your thinking.

Thoughts – How you think will determine who you will become. As goes your thinking, so goes your life. Think about what you are thinking about. Your challenges could just be in your thinking.

Feelings/Emotions – feelings trigger positive or negative emotions depending on the source of the feelings. If the feelings are God inspired you get positive results. On the other hand if and when the feelings are inspired by Satan, negative results are the outcome even though it may not appear that way from the beginning.

Decisions – the decisions you make will dictate the life you will lead. If you make the right decisions, life will be good. If you make the wrong decisions and remain with those decisions you will continue to live in a rut.

Actions – Your actions on a daily basis will determine where you end in life. Your past actions have brought you to where you are and this is not accidental. Actions produce positive or negative results.

Habit – The way you behave on a daily basis will affect your choices in life; and the choices you make on a daily basis dictate the life you live. Why do you continuously do what you do? Are those habits empowering or disempowering? Are those habits moving you forward, keeping you static or moving you backwards?

Character – You form a character by the way you have always behaved, acted, decided, felt, thought, and the words you use on a daily basis. To change your character you must begin with a change in your words.

Destiny – Your destiny or where you end in life is a sum total of all the above. If you are interested in having a great destiny as per Jeremiah 29:11 you have to change the programming which starts with words.

It’s not what you don’t know that hurts you. It’s what you know that just aren’t so! A seed, until it is released, is only a promise of a tree. Become what God originally created you to be. Starve all those self-limiting beliefs. Think and act like you are born to win. And in case you think otherwise, just think again because I am not kidding. You are born to win in life and to rise above the challenges. Put winning on your mind and don’t accept any less. Remember, God is able to help you win if you LET HIM!
